Our History Northwind Farm began as an idea of Betty
Will to incorporate her love of miniature horses with her
desire to help others. She received help from friends and
interested individuals in the community who contributed their
ideas and enthusiasm.

This circle of community believe that individuals challenged
with emotional, behavioral, physical and mental health
issues, or those at-risk due to socio-economic factors,
benefit from the interaction with horses.
Our Mission is to provide equine assisted learning
activities to enhance the quality of life for children who have
special needs and to promote the awareness of the role
miniature horses can play in our health and well being.
